How do I make a booking for Irish music acts and dancers
When you book an act we will put all of the details and terms and conditions into an easy to understand written agreement for your full approval before signing
It will include the specified date, playing times, the fee, payment method, a link to our general terms and conditions and any additionally agreed details.
Once it’s approved by you, we ask that you sign it and return it to us within 7 days. (Or sooner, if the booking is imminent).
You will be asked to pay a deposit (or the full fee) via bank transfer.
In some cases we can arrange for you to pay the balance of your fee in cash on the day to the act.
Alternatively the balance is payable within 48 hours prior to the event.
We also accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards for deposit payments.
For the vast majority of bookings, NO VAT is applicable, in any exceptional case you will be advised of that at the time of booking and it will be clearly stated in your paperwork.
What happens if I cancel?
When a booker cancels, a fee will apply in most cases, depending on how close the date of the booking is to the date of cancellation.

What if the act cancels?
It’s very rare that an act will cancel. If that happens we will always do our utmost to provide a replacement act of comparable standard.
Failing which you will be refunded in accordance with our terms and conditions.
